JunoGraphics is not a content producer. We facilitate a platform where independent creators can share their work and monetize it fairly. These Terms of Use outline the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved: JunoGraphics (also referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”) and our users (referred to as “you,” “your,” or “user”).

By using this website, creating an account, downloading previews, or purchasing any asset, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content hosted or sold on JunoGraphics.net is either the intellectual property of JunoGraphics or licensed to us by third-party creators under appropriate agreements. Each item is protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an item does not confer ownership. Instead, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the product in accordance with the license terms associated with each product. Others may also license the same product unless otherwise specified as exclusive.

Creators who upload content to JunoGraphics grant us the following rights:

• The right to reproduce, modify, display, perform, publish, sublicense, and distribute their content.

Each item includes a detailed description, format specifications, licensing scope, and preview options. Products are available for individual purchase or bundled into discounted packages. Bundles will include clear information on contents, compatibility, and usage terms.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that an item meets your specific requirements prior to purchasing. Our preview system exists to help you make informed decisions.

We do not distribute other types of content such as audio, stock photos, 3D models, adult material, or sensitive imagery. Any content uploaded in violation of these guidelines will be removed, and the contributor’s account may be terminated.

3. Content Moderation and Display

If a third-party website uses our watermarked materials or falsely represents affiliation with JunoGraphics, please notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to request the removal of any links to our site and to revoke linking permissions at our discretion.

6. Payments, Currency & Pricing

To purchase an item, users must create an account and select one of the available payment methods. Our transactions are processed by third-party payment gateways compliant with global security standards.

Prices are displayed in your local currency where possible but may fluctuate due to:

• Real-time exchange rates;
  
• Regional taxes (e.g., VAT, GST);
  
• Price adjustments by the contributor or JunoGraphics.
  

Prices in the shopping cart are final at checkout and will not change after purchase initiation. All sales are final once completed unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Currency conversion is handled by your financial institution. We are not responsible for discrepancies in conversion rates or additional fees charged by your bank.

7. Licensing and Usage Terms

When you purchase an item or a bundle from JunoGraphics, you are granted a license for specific uses. This license does not grant ownership and is subject to limitations:

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
